1. MAESTRO RESPECTS YOUR PRIVACY
Maestro is determined to protect the privacy of all of the Site’s users and to maintain the integrity of all information identifying a person (“Personal Information”) that it gets, uses, holds or discloses through the Site. The purpose of the present Privacy Policy is to inform you of why and how Maestro obtains Personal Information on the Site, to inform you of the ways that Maestro takes to protect Personal Information and to provide you with a contact number at Maestro in the event that you have any questions or concerns about Maestro’s privacy practices.
Maestro respects your privacy. That is why Maestro has developed comprehensive procedures and practices relating to the management of Personal Information.
2. GENERAL INFORMATION
The present Privacy Policy describes the Personal Information that Maestro may collect from the Site’s users as part of its normal supply of services and also describes the use that can be done of that Personal Information.
Maestro’s primary goal in collecting Personal Information about you is to make sure that your experience on the Site happens in a safe, quiet, efficient and personalized matter. Thus, Maestro can deliver the services and features that best fit your needs and customize its services to make your experience safer and friendlier. 3. WHY MAESTRO COLLECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION?Maestro collects Personal Information only for the following reasons:

(b) to announce, develop, improve and provide products and services to users of the Site;
(c) to facilitate access to services for users of the Site;
(d) to measure and improve the effectiveness of Maestro’s products and services as well as its marketing tools;

4. DOES MAESTRO DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

5. HOW MAESTRO PROTECTS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Maestro uses various means to protect your Personal Information. Only authorized employees and agents have access to Personal Information. Maestro employees who have access to Personal Information receive training on how to protect your privacy. All computers on which is stored Personal Information are protected by passwords. Maestro also uses data encryption for increased security of the Personal Information that you provide through the Site.
6. MANAGING YOUR PASSWORD
You are responsible for any actions taken using your user name and password. Maestro recommends that you never reveal your password to any third party. If you choose to share your user name and password or your Personal Information with third parties, you will be liable for any actions taken such third parties and you therefore have an interest in reading the privacy policy of this third party beforehand. If you disclose your password, you may lose considerable control over your Personal Information and you may take the risk that legally binding actions be taken on your behalf. Thus, if the security of your password has been compromised, for whatever reason, you should immediately change it.

8.1. Severability
Each provision of this Privacy Policy is separate and distinct and, if a provision of this Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, all other
provisions will remain in full force and effect.

8.3. Waivers
A failure by Maestro to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Privacy Policy will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
8.4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and its interpretation are subject to the laws that are in force in the province of Quebec and in Canada without giving effect to any principles of
conflicts of laws. The courts of the district of Montreal, province of Quebec, have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute related to this Privacy Policy, including
its interpretation and effects.
